Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, tonight's poster by Wes Wilson depicts Apple Blossom Moonalice, the patron saint of reality television and fine art in Southern Oregon. Apple Blossom loved art and was the first to discover the power of cannabis to increase the appreciation of art. Once she found the connection, Apple Blossom promoted cultivation of both sativas (best for appreciating classic art) and indicas (which do the same for impressionist, cubist and modern art). If you are unsure which is best for you, consult Big Steve.

facebook insists that I was at this show....incorrect !!you guys are gonna have to stop skipping Arcata on these northern trips !
I really really wanted to be at this..i haven't seen kemper in like 25 years..we met when I was backstage security for Jerry Garcia Band. I really enjoy David's visual art, especially the one where he drew me at the soundboard on the cover of a Garcia Band album..it was my first night working behind Candace and cutler and uwe, making sure none of the spinners tripped over cables & stuff like that. at halftime david came out on stage and took photos of crowd, I was alone at soundboard. apparently he used those photos to draw the cartoonish drawing on album-cover,with me front-center of balcony..look close, bright purple longsleeve shirtand reddish/brown beard..thats me,pre-clown.
