Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, Haight Street has long been the home of San Francisco’s counterculture. Ever since the first minor found the mother load of tie dye in 1965, hippies have flocked to Haight Street to seek their fortune cookies.
Today’s poster by Alexandra Fischer immortalizes Moonshine Sunalice, the spiritual leader of the Moonalice tribe on Haight Street. We embrace Moonshine’s gospel of love on Haight, free music on the street, and legal weed … preferably all at once.
