The meaning of "Attending"
A question on website nomenclature:
Does viewing a show (i.e. couch touring) constitute "attending"? Inquisitive minds are pondering this, and as we all know MA fans are not so accustom to stepping outside of the rules...

Thanks for the response, Jon. I'll be clicking from the couch for the next few shows but certainly enjoying it.
Hi Tim -- there are two ways that you can "attend" a Moonalice show:
1) You are going in person to the show - for this you click the "I'm Going" link before the show, or the "I Was There" link if the show already happened. If you have your Facebook account linked (and your Moonalice account preferences to allow it), this will also post an event on your FB Timeline showing you attended. It also will make the show display on your Moonalice.com profile as well as list you as attending on the show page.
2) You are watching via the couch tour online (either live, or after the fact) - for this you click the Couch Tour Check In link on the video player. This also will share into your Facebook timeline (if allowed) and actually comes through with the same "Attend" verb since we didn't want to get FB to create a new verb just for couch tour. On Moonalice.com it shows up on the tour page noted as a couch tour attendance and on your profile under "Couch Tour" show attendance.
Hope this helps!
