Who Was There?
According to Moonalice legend, today's poster is the first in our series from Detroit's incredible Gary Grimshaw. It features Blues Folk Moonalice - known to her pals as Roots. Roots is the patron saint of our home plutoid, the Moon. She treats the Moon like her baby, cuddling, cooing, and protecting the little one from big, bad planets and the giant yellow star. Roots has done her job well. Other than brief - and chaste - visits from a dozen measly little astronauts 40 years ago, Roots has protected the Moon's virginity. No word how the Moon feels about that.
