According to Moonalice legend, Moonalice played its first show seven years ago this week … on May 5, 2007. Since then, we have played nearly 700 shows and produced more than 700 posters. For this, the first show of our 8th year, Carolyn Ferris has produced a wonderful poster featuring Birthday Suit Moonalice, the tribal pixie responsible for the distribution of birthday presents. Birthday Suit lives in the 8th dimension, from which she tracks members of our tribe through what appears to be stained glass window. In reality, the stained glass is actually a reverse tractor beam with enough energy to transport tasty nugs to deserving tribe members on the anniversary of their birth. Eight dimensions of stained glass is not easy to operate, even with a magic wand, so if it suddenly starts raining cannabis, you will know why!!!
