According to Moonalice legend, the Peninsula between San Francisco and San Jose has many beautiful places to live and work, but it lacked places to play live music.
Into the void stepped the Three Noodges, Joe, Harry, and Curly Moonalice, who whined incessantly about the shortage of great venues. As depicted in tonight’s poster by Lauren Yurkovich, the Three Noodges were lions in the world of whining. A group of local heroes stepped up and turned this movie theater into the most wonderful club imaginable. Whether these heroes did it to support live music or to shut up the Noodges is unknown, but we love them for it either way!
