According to Moonalice legend, every member of the tribe has a spirit animal. Some are Siamese cats, others are golden retrievers. For the longest time, my spirit animal was a wombat. A chubby wombat.
If we have learned anything in recent years, though, it is to expect the unexpected. Tonight’s poster by Alexandra Fischer reveals something we never saw coming. Apparently the spirit animal of everyone in this band is an owl. We do not know if this is a one night stand, just for the HopMonk, or whether this is how things will be from now on.
Even though this change is unexpected, it kind of makes sense. Owls are known for their wisdom. The same is true of the Moonalice Legend. Apparently it is now true for the band members. Scientists call this phenomenon the transitive property of really good weed.
